Seller Guidelines

Payment Methods & Pricing Items

You must accept cash. You may accept any additional payment method(s) you choose.  You are responsible for providing your own cash and change for your transactions. The church may have WiFi available to us, but if you plan to accept credit card payments through your phone or tablet, please make sure you have your own reliable data plan.

It is advised that you price your merchandise in advance. For ideas on pricing suggestions, search for similar used merchandise online. 

Accepted Items

We reserve the right to refuse any materials that we believe to be objectionable. In addition, please respect that this sale is taking place at a church. Do not bring items for sale that would violate the church convictions. This includes but is not limited to pornography and vulgarity. No weapons (excluding toy and model) may be sold at this event.

 

You may sell items which can be used for home education, including those not specifically sold as "curricula." This may include, but is not limited to, books, manuals, developmental toys, instruments, manipulatives, art supplies, DVDs, CDs, sheet music, science equipment, etc. 

Handmade and homemade items made by homeschool family members are also permitted for selling. This includes food.

Booth Details

​8:45 a.m.:  Doors open for Vendor set-up. We will have the doors closed prior to 8:45 in order to correct any last minute table changes. Please plan to be completely set-up by 9:45.

 

Each table will be either 6' rectangular or 5' round, based on availability. Rectangular tables will be used first before using rounds. Each space will also have one chair. Extra chairs are available on a nearby chair rack.

1-2 dollies will be available to share but feel free to bring your own.

 

Sale location: Christ Community Church-Family Life Center.   
 

PARKING: Use Pantano Road parking lot (east side of church).  

 

At CHECK-IN (inside Family Life Center) please fill out a name tag.  A check-in volunteer will direct you to your assigned table(s), which will be labeled with your name. 

Optional to bring: calculator, snacks/drinks for you, shopping bags/small boxes for shoppers. 

FREE TABLES:  You are welcome to take any items from the free tables and you may donate items in good condition as well. Our "free tables" for the Sale will be for educational items only.

Item Condition

Please ensure the condition of your items is a condition you would want to purchase for yourself.

 

Please sell with integrity. If an item is missing pieces or parts or pages, please mark it accordingly. If an item is unusable in its current condition, please mark it as "parts only." If an item requires batteries, please have them available for buyers to test the item.
